Delivery & Shipping
Special Instructions: Please include a note with your order regarding delivery. The default shipping method is "Authority to Leave."
Alcohol deliveries may require in-person collection with identification.
Returns & Reshipping: A 20% restocking fee applies to returned goods. Alternatively, a $15 postage and re-packing fee applies if you require us to resend your order. See our full Returns Policy for details.
International Orders: We ship within Australia. For delivery to the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Singapore, NZ, Hong Kong, and Japan, please get in touch with Get Freighted. Note: We cannot post Brandy or Vodka internationally. For all other countries, contact us directly.

Age Verification: By using this website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
Change of Mind: We offer refunds for change of mind, minus any merchant transaction fees (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card fees).
Security Check: To prevent fraudulent chargebacks, orders over $600 from first-time customers will require further proof of card ownership before dispatch. We recommend payment via EFT for large first-time orders.
High-proof spirits are sensitive to heat expansion. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or provide a shaded 'Safe Drop' location to prevent leakage."
Using our Online Organic Store.
We have had a few enquiries about using our online store. We have produced a guide for you.

Australia Post Returns
If Australia Post cannot deliver your item or you are unable to pick it up from the LPO and it is returned to us, we'll get in touch to arrange a resend. The associated cost is $15 plus the new postage fee.
Express postage
We love sending our vodka, brandy and everclear to you via Australia Post or Express Post. However, pure alcohol is classed as a dangerous good, and therefore cannot be air freighted to you. If you would like express postage, you can arrange this yourself by contacting DHL or Fedex.
