Harris Organic Gin is estate-distilled from our own certified organic Chenin Blanc spirit, rather than imported neutral alcohol. This vineyard-to-bottle approach delivers a more integrated, textural spirit with clear provenance.
Distilled in a London dry style, the gin is built on a defined juniper backbone, supported by coriander seed and fresh citrus, with rosemary providing a lifted herbal note. The profile is clean, dry and structured, with a long finish suited to both classic and modern serves.
All spirit is produced on-site using estate-grown fruit and distilled in a traditional stainless steel pot still. No additives, sweeteners or post-distillation flavourings are used. The result is a precise, unadulterated expression of botanical distillation.
Production and Character
Using our own organic grape spirit allows tighter control over fermentation and distillation, resulting in a finer mouthfeel and greater aromatic cohesion than grain-based equivalents. Botanicals are selected to support clarity rather than excess, maintaining balance through the distillation cut.
At 45% ABV, this gin carries flavour effectively without dilution, making it suitable for a dry martini or a structured gin and tonic. Recommended serve: premium tonic water, a strip of orange peel, and a fresh rosemary sprig.
