Ingredients
45 mL. Harris Organic brandy
20 mL Grapefruit Liqueur
15 mL Crème de Cacao
5 mL Pernod Absinthe
30 mL freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into a martini or coupe glass.
60ml Harris Organic Pisco brandy, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, Sweet Apple Cider, place 2-3 ice cubes in an thick glass. Add apple and bitters, then fill with cold cider.
1 bottle of organic red shiraz wine, 1 cup Harris Organic (moonshine) Pisco brandy, 1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice, ½ cup cinnamon simple syrup.
Ingredients: 50ml organic vodka, 15ml raspberry liqueur, 100ml fresh pineapple juice, raspberries for garnish.
60mL organic vodka 15mL, dry vermouth, 10mL frangelico, ice
